ACH does not post consumer information online. However, protected individuals can request that their information be deleted by visiting achcoop.com and clicking the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link https://www.achcoop.com/do-not-sell-my-personal-info, where they have the option to request their personal information be removed from the database, or email to privacy@achcoop.com .

What the registry entry does and does not say

A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.

The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match.
