Consumers can learn how to exercise their privacy rights with Foursquare, including the rights to access, deletion and opting out of sale, by visiting "Your Privacy Choices" maintained on the Foursquare website at: https://foursquare.com/products/your-privacy-choices/. If consumers wish to opt-out of sale, they can submit their request by visiting: https://foursquare.com/data-requests/. Consumers may also submit general privacy requests via webform maintained on Foursquare's website at: https://foursquare.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/25.

What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match.
