We have a CCPA-compliant cookie banner in place that will include a Do Not Sell My Personal Information button and have implemented a specific Do Not Sell My Personal Information link on our website.

The only personal information of consumers with whom we do not have a direct relationship with that we collect or sell is browsing history and interests as collected by cookies on certain publisher websites, and which we share with our advertising partners.
What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match.
