How to opt out, in the company's own published words
This is the text Integrated Medical Data, LLC. filed in the registry column for how a consumer may opt out of the sale of personal information or submit a request under the CCPA. It is reproduced as filed, as of 22 Aug 2026.
The footer on our website includes a link to Alerts.com, a CCPA compliance service, in which the consumer can search what information we have and opt out of the database. Those opts outs are added to a global suppression file that is then omitted from future list sales.
Deletion under Gov. Code 6208.1(b) and 6254.21(c)(1)
The registry asks each broker how a protected individual can demand deletion of information posted online under those sections. This is what Integrated Medical Data, LLC. filed, as of 22 Aug 2026.
Alerts.com allows the deletion request to be submitted directly on the website, which provides a time/date and IP address stamp. The individual then receives a notification of their request, referring to the time and date it was received.

What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match. Read how the 45 day cycle works for what that involves.
