Nexsales provides customers with names, titles, and business contact information to help them identify and engage with other businesses (B2B data). We derive our core business contact database from publicly-available sources (e.g. company websites, social media) and sometimes email addresses deduced by our systems based on corporate email patterns (e.g., first.last@company.com). Nexsales does not provide individual consumer contact information or process sensitive personal data.
What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match.
