We use consumer data for the purpose of creating products and services to help consumers receive relevant marketing offers, reducing marketing waste and unwanted advertising. We collect data for United States consumers above the age of 18. We require our clients to use our products only for marketing activities, and not for sensitive decisions like credit decisions, employment or housing. We restrict the type of data we receive and the type of data we share in the interest of consumer privacy. We do not use, collect or retain sensitive data like credit card or bank account numbers, Social Security Numbers or other government-issued identifiers. We do not accept or generate information specifying individuals' health conditions (such as protected health "HIPAA" information) and do not attempt to predict that any person has a particular health condition. We do not knowingly possess or collect personal information about minors or people residing outside of the US.,
What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match.
