How to opt out, in the company's own published words

Consumers may opt out of sale or submit opt-out requests from the required CCPA opt-out form/process on our website @ www.strategicdataintelligence.com.
Deletion under Gov. Code 6208.1(b) and 6254.21(c)(1)
The registry asks each broker how a protected individual can demand deletion of information posted online under those sections. This is what Strategic Data Intelligence filed, as of 22 Aug 2026.
Any consumer requesting or demanding deletion will be removed during a monthly deletion/suppression process that will be run on a set schedule each month.

What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match. Read how the 45 day cycle works for what that involves.
