Deletion under Gov. Code 6208.1(b) and 6254.21(c)(1)
The registry asks each broker how a protected individual can demand deletion of information posted online under those sections. This is what VRTCAL Markets, Inc. filed, as of 22 Aug 2026.
We do not have access to home address or telephone number of any individuals in our advertising transactions.
What the registry entry does and does not say
A registry entry says one thing: the company told the state it meets the California definition of a data broker and paid the annual registration. Registration is what the law asks for, so an entry here is a record of a filing and nothing more. It is not a finding, a complaint, or a rating, and this page does not add one.
The other half of the law runs on a clock. A registered broker has to access the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at least once every 45 days, match the deletion requests in it against its own records, and file a status for every match. Read how the 45 day cycle works for what that involves.
